Holly is a former lawyer who spent over eight years helping everyday New Zealanders navigate legal issues, until she decided to do things differently. After being offered partnership, she walked away from the traditional law firm model to start Succession.

She saw how much stress, mess, and confusion families go through when this stuff isn’t sorted properly, or at all. So she built Succession: a fixed-price, fully online service that makes sorting your Will and Enduring Powers of Attorney simple, transparent, and easy.

Holly believes in clear, fixed pricing (no hidden surprises), practical advice in plain English, and a service that works around your life, not the other way around. For her, it’s not just about ticking legal boxes. It’s about helping people protect the ones they love, in a way that actually feels doable.
